Camp Habitat
The summer camp season has ended. See you in 2025!
Camp Habitat is a nature education & ecology camp for children ages 4-11. Campers learn about the natural history of Interior Alaska through an engaging outdoor education curriculum. They will explore Creamer's Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge through themes that include plants, birds, fish, and human interactions with the environment.
Camp Habitat Registration
To make camp as accessible to as many children as possible, campers are limited to one (1) session per child.
Half - Day Program: $210
Nature Sprouts (ages 4-5)
Children explore Creamer's Field Migratory Waterfowl Refuge through developmentally appropriate hands-on activities and games. Your kids will experience the natural world with sensory exploration, discovery hikes, ecology-themed games, songs, and creative craft projects.
If any programs are listed as "full" on our website, we do have a short waitlist we could put your child on in case a spot becomes available for their age group. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
To make Camp accessible to as many children as possible, you may only register your child(ren) for one week of the Day Camp Programs. Children participating in the Pre-School Programs may register for one session.

Campers learn about the natural history of Interior Alaska through engaging activities, games, hikes, projects, and guest speakers. They will explore the natural world through themes such as plants, animals, birds, fish, habitats, people, and the environment.
